I have a iMac 5k 27inch mid 2015, I currently have 8gb 1600mhz of ram with two 4gb sticks. The problem is I want to upgrade to 16gb of ram in total. But im not 100% sure what specs of ram I need any links to the ones I should be helpfull. Thanks in advanced

I would put in two 8 gig chips, then I won't have to replace them if upgrading the memory again...
I have purchased and upgraded hundreds of macs for schools and businesses and Crucial, OWC and Kensington are reliable vendors I've used for years and continue to use now for the systems I support.
Go to and checkout > Install memory in an iMac - Apple Support
Then follow macjack's advise and shop for RAM upgrades at either Crucial or OWC.
